Mushroom Cafe @ SengKang Riverside Park

Chan brought us out for dinner last night and it's our first visit to the Mushroom Cafe @ SengKang Riverside Park. I am unaware that this cafe is owned and managed by Old Chang Kee. There is another branch under the 'Mushroom' brand at McRitchie Reservoir Park. The food here is reasonably charged and taste good. The portion is huge and the chef is not stingy with its ingredients. A bowl of Laksa and a plate of Mee Siam cost less than S$10/-. We ordered these 2 dishes, plus Chicken Stew with noodles, Curry Chicken with loaf & Mushroom Soup for Brandon. All add up together not more than S$30/-. Oh ya! All the drinks were in too.

Brandon enjoys his food very much but was a little frustrated when he gets more and more mosquitoes love bites. We didn't stayed for too long cos he keeps complaining. Maybe next time, we shall come for cycling in the afternoon and have an early dinner. Hopefully we won't be hinder by the mosquitoes again by then.
