HONEY CITRUS GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
Fresh cut greens tossed with sweet red onions, grilled Cajun chicken and tossed with our Honey-Citrus dressing. Topped with fresh orange segments, spiced pecans, red pepper strips, sweetened dried cranberries and blue cheese crumbles.

CHILI CRAB DIP
Famous Singapore chili crab made into a delicious dip. Served with Chinese buns.

TWISTED MAC, CHICKEN and CHEESE
A grilled chicken breast tops off twisted cavatappi pasta tossed in a lightly spiced, 3-cheese sauce, with garlic roasted red peppers and Romano parsley bread crumbs. Served with a side of garlic toast.

Had a wonderful lunch with Cynthia, who is a sales rep from HPL this afternoon. She's sweet and very friendly little girl. Our food tasted so yummy...especially the Chili Crab Dip... wow~ never expect to see this dish in my menu.. but yes, Hard Rock Cafe not only serve Western food but Chinese food too! I would love the salad more if they never put the blue cheese topping... yucks! They really so errrr..... Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese is highly recommended by Cynthia... whole big dish of macaroni was too filling for one person portion... Luckily we only ordered these three for two of us. I had a great time with her and feel so honoured to be invited for this meal. Ivi suppose to join us before she flew to US but her tight schedules do not permit her this privilege. 

After my good meal, I rushed Alexandra Road to attend a product event hosted by Nirwana Gardens at Smoochies Bar and Bistro. I am impressed with NGR, almost a year, they have a good team who willing to put in extra efforts and created so many more activities for the FITs and GRPs. You will not get bored at all whilst you're there. You name it, you get it!

I was shocked when I saw Joanna with a balloon belly... she's pregannt for 7 months! Congrats and welcome her to Motherhood... I'm very sure she will be well-prepare and what she can for her kid. Four your info, it's a BOY! Finally, the God heard her and fulfill their dream bit by bit...

My bro treat us for dinner earlier. He strike the 1st price 4D lottery. He's such a lucky guy!

Coffee Pork Ribs

The former consists of tender, juicy pieces of ribs with little or no bone, marinated in a thick coffee sauce and baked in aluminium foil. Its our all time favourite but tonight the taste seem otherwise... boo==

Stir Fried Spinach...
