I really had a busy day Despite that, I pulled myself out of office by 7.15pm and rushed to Vivo City for my date with AnAn. Its been a long time we never catch except via msn once awhile. It was a last minute decision this morning and I feel like meeting her. So, I text her to see if she's free. Coincidentally, she was thinking about me too~ We meet at the restaurant directly so that she could chopped a table first. Like what she said to me, the food is good but the service is so-so only. I ordered a Zha Jiang Mien, a specialty from China and also a popular dish in Korea. Their sauce color is slightly darker and thicker compare to what I'm having tonight. The taste is fabulous, especially when you chew with cucumber slices and minced meat inside your mouth. AnAn tried a mouthful and she also agreed it's delicious.
AnAn had her Suanla Mien, she did offer me to try her's but I declined. I happily enjoying my noodles and we ordered a few side dishes which is our usual typical bad habit of most Asians, who love to see more than 3-4 dishes of food on our table.
This is Village Tofu which AnAn has tried before and she said it's NiCe! I love the sweet and sour gravy but not the peanuts on top of it. Fresh and soft... yummy~
AnAn highly recommend this dish - Braised Duck Slices.
They look like 'Ham Slices', which is claimed by AnAn.
Lastly, we had our Pork Dumplings... did you see the smoke around it?
Freaking HOT just come out from the kitchen~
