Helping the Children of Trayong Pong

In another 6hours, I'll be flying with Brandon to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It only takes 1hr 55mins flight journey and 2hrs coach ride to witness a total different world from where we are now.

I was in PNH last year, with Propnex and VJC students helping at Kampal Village. It is 30mins away from Trayong Pong. In Trayong Pong, there is no school at all and the children have to walk 8km to the nearest school. Propnex hopes to play a part and help these people. They wanna contribute what they to the community and hoping the kids will have a better environment and education. They've also installed the water filtration at Kampal village, so that the local will have clean water to drink. This time, they gonna do the same for Trayong Pong.

With so many big-hearted people like my Sis, Norman, my bro, E.T, Qing and Kat... I'm touched by their generosity. Though they can't be there with me in person, but the love and care is undeniable. One more person, Chan also contributed few sets of Origami papers for 100 children. Very thoughtful of him when he passed me 100 sets of instruction paper. He told me bound to have some kids who do not understand what we are teaching or don't have a chance to learn from us due to lesson or too many I'm a crowd... It would be advisable we give out the papers and instruction together. They may learn and explore among themselves which is not a bad idea.

We should learn to appreciate what's around us and treasure what we already had. Be contented and be humble~
