That's what I had for dinner last night.
After my yoga practice, I went back home, shower and checked Brandon's homework. By then, its already almost 10pm. So, I had cherry tomatoes to fill my stomach rather than instant noodles. It is considered as a vegetable, so I won't sinful when I finished the whole box of mini fat cherry tomatoes. Why I like them so much cos they are smaller in size and sweeter than a normal tomato. Hence, I will always buy a packet whenever I shop for my groceries at NTUC or Cold Storage.
This vegetable is available throughout the year. It comes in a red and yellow color. Tomatoes are not high in nutrients as other vegetables but they are the leader in Vitamin C and Vitamin A. A medium tomato 120g contains about 23mg of Vitamin C.
