Last Saturday, I was home with Brandon.. Actually its my working day but due to an unforeseen event, I took a day leave to settle my thing. By 2pm, I'm back home with Brandon and we idle awhile. We bought lots of food and drinks to replenished at home...and I thought it would nice to make some sandwiches and hot soup for Brandon that late afternoon. I always choose the simplest and less hassle way to prepare the food.
I put the ham and cheese between the bread to complete a sandwich for my boy. And I threw the chicken stock, some veggie, 'Yong-tau-fu' which I freshly bought at the NTUC with two eggs..*Ta-Da!* ready to serve my hot and tasty soup~ We were very satisfied with our simple meal.
Apparently, Brandon wish I could keep him company every day, play with him, laze with him, watch his favorite cartoon together... He even suggested to me I should take a whole week leave since he's having his school holidays now. How I wish Baby!
I read an article from yesterday newspaper. A 13 years old boy found dead after bashed by 2 youngsters. Whats happening and why the kids are getting more violent? The thought of Brandon turning 13 in another 3 years time, freak me out... I don't dare to think further... As a mother, I fully understand the pain that the boy's mum is going thru.. I just want my boy happy, healthy and safe...
