What a lovely night to catch up with my ex-colleagues, who are also my great mentors! We've known one another since 1996 till now. My god! It's like more than 15 years..how time flies~ although we rarely meet up, our friendship and the mutual understanding among are nowhere to compare. We job-hopped from one company to another, leading different kind of lifestyles yet still very much in similar trade. The same topic which was related to our work never fails to mention in our conversation. I have many fond memories of our past when we worked together. They taught me lots of things and their advice at every stage of my life was always invaluable.
In fact, we didn't plan to meet up tonight. It was a last minute decision whilst rushing for my yoga class and for no reason, I feel like seeing them after my lesson. I was talking to KoKo barely two days ago if we should meet up next week. Seems like I am more eagar to seem them. I decided to try my luck today and see if they will bid to my request. Surprisingly to my favor, both were available! Woo-hoo~ We had the longest chat ever and a memorable night together... thanks to them, my doubts are cleared and my self-confidence once again rebuild.
