Bangkok To Myself

After the Pan Asia Forum in Pattaya, I continue my journey to Bangkok by my own. I have many opportunities to travel alone but mainly for work purpose. This time, it's my personal trip though it's very short, only for a night at Ma Du Zi Bangkok. Delightful to have some time to myself!

I like the check-in area. Small, Cosy and Funky~ The staffs are attentive and they who I am. They gave me a warm welcome and lead me to my room in a unique lift with red colour lights.

Upon entering my studio room, I saw the lovely note from MDZ's team on my hugh super-king bed. They make me feel important and I'm so honoured. Thumbs up! Thank you Ma Du Zi for hosting me here.

They got me a spacious room. Comfy hugh bed, large TV screen, a study table next to the bed side with all the equipments (etc. printer, fax, internet access), walkin wardrobe and a big jacuzzi that's fits a couple nicely in it. I love everything!

Not letting you feel bored, there are storybooks and novels to keep you occupied. An innovative instruction booklet that explains the in-room functions in comic drawing. What a creativity!

Another bonus- the room rate you paid for is inclusive of mini-bar and they even got a coffee maker too! Value for money- A Must Stay!

I inspected another room category, similar design to my room but it has more space in the bathroom. Amenities are the same for all room categories.

Back to my room, all by myself..finally I have time for a dip in the jacuzzi.

Time for relaxation~

This boutique hotel has a library and a restaurant cum open bar. You are entitled to a cocktail drink before dinner every evening.

Next morning, I had my latte together with the a-la carte set breakfast. You have 3-4 sets of breakfast menu to choose from. The food is Good!

My review: if you are in search for a peaceful and not too crowded area for short stay in Bangkok, Ma Du Zi is the right place for you! But, if you are a shopaholic, this hotel is a little out of the way. There's a sky train station nearby, around 10mins walk if you do not mind.

This is last stop before I fly back to Singapore. Newly opened in August, very convenient as this hotel is located at the wholesale market area. Opposite is Platinum Mall. Directly link to 5-levels of fashion outlets.

Check out the rates with Fascinating Holidays at 67355511.
We have very special deals to these two hotels and I'm sure you will like it too!
