New home for SX! He bought it at a reasonable price and he stays on the topmost floor.
His reno starts a week earlier than mine. He spent quite a bomb for this renovation but after I seen the designer artwork, I would say really awesome!
His entrance of the house shows a custom-made cupboard where he can display his comrades and keep his documents.
He hack off the second bedroom to make the whole living area more spacious and classic.
A modern master bedroom, custom-made wardrobe to suit a bachelor guy like him, simple and easy for him!
Open concept kitchenette with an island top plus a separate smoking room. *reminds me of the smoking room at the club! Lol~
