I had a foul night and was fuming mad over the paint job at my new house. Who knows! My face is swollen one side the very next morning. This I have no choice but to visit a dentist. The dentist told me, I have severe gum problem. After she plucked out the molar teeth, she reminded me if i do not want to lose all my teeth before 40, I must go back there to wash my teeth regularly.

Gingivitis is due to the long-term effects of plaque deposits on your teeth. Plaque is a sticky material made of bacteria, mucus, and food debris that develops on the exposed parts of the teeth. It is a major cause of tooth decay.

I'm so touched when S' parents woke up early next day morning to prepare porridge for me. The porridge is so yummy~
Next lunch is another delicious meal. I always enjoy all my meals at S' place cos his dad cooks really fantastically. I love all the food he prepares.
