The March school holiday is over and Brandon is back to school today. We are not traveling this time due his PSLE plus we are out of budget after into this new cosy home of ours. But still, while we work hard we must also play hard. A little recap on how his one week breakdown through.
A good boy as he seem, accompanied me to shop for Auntie Vanes' birthday present. We found a rose oil parfumerie for her and we got a nice body, bed and linen mist spray for Auntie Adel. She has been feeling a little moody hence we hope this little thing would cheer her up and make her day!
Another pair of shoes I bought for myself. From Mujiand its so comfy.
Refill bottles from Muji
Containers and tray from Muji
And his reward for accompany me, a late dinner at M.O.F in Bugis Junction. He was famished and guess what he did? He tore a paper from one of his exercise book and wrote the order himself. He even chased after me and took my orders! "A Hungry Man is A Angry Man!"
He ordered a cream pasta and it didn't turn out fantastic~
I love his drawing.. He's extremely hungry~
On Saturday, I'm lazy and I asked him to buy breakfast for me. He did and he got the correct order for me. Kudos my boy!
After lazing for the first half day at home, we decides to join his YiYi for a high-tea session at Tiong Bahru. We found this Drips Bakery Cafe interesting, so we decided to try it out.
We were sitting near to the chalkboard menus. It was crowded over the weekend.
I kind of like the atmosphere there. Cosy, trendy..the furnitures give me a feel of back to 70s 80s..very retro feel.. I would love to bring my buddies along the next visit.
We love the cakes!!! Yummi-lishes~ Brandon chose a Chocolate Fudge Cake and I had a Big Macadamia Nuts Cake.
Brandon absolutely enjoying his cake~

After we fill our stomach with latte and cakes, we catch movie at Great World City. An entertaining show highly recommended by Brandon Chan. It is a must-watch show with your family... especially with the kids! They love it!
A debrief about The Croods.
The Croods is a 3D comedy adventure that follows the world’s first modern family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has always been their home is destroyed. Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods are rocked by generational clashes and seismic shifts as they discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures — and their outlook is changed forever.
After the movie, we continue on to Karaoke. Oh! I bet Brandon enjoyed his Saturday the most out of whole week of school holidays.
